The Role of Administrative Court in Reinforcing the Good Governance

Abstract

Administrative court is specialized court under the Supreme Court and its absolute competence is to investigate, decide and settle the administrative disputes, inlcluded the staffing dispute. External control of government administration is carried out by the Administrative court to oversee good governance. The research question is how the role of the Administrative Court to oversee government administration and how the development of good governance in Indonesia. The method use is normative juridical, based on primary and secondary data base. The result is important to supervise the governance administration by increase the absolute competence of administrative court due to modernization and globalization. The principles good governance has influence to increase the government administration to serve the public. The novelty of this research is for the conceptualization of the Court to build good governance.
