Abstract

Job rotation is an integral part of training specially organized by an organization involving both managers and non-managers for the betterment of the organization. The study sought to ascertain how Job rotation could influence organizational sustainability through customer satisfaction in selected motor transport companies in South-East Nigeria. The investigation embraced the study configuration to accumulate information from 400 and ninety-four respondents who were originators and senior administration staff of chosen transport organizations in South-East, Nigeria. The information gathered through the shut finished surveys were tried with direct relapse at 0.05 importance level. The outcome uncovered that there was sure connection between Employment pivot and consumer loyalty (ß = 5.851, p = 0.001 < 0.05).
