The paper focuses on customer’s interaction with the digital media and the brand tags that help in establishing the relationship between the customers and the market. The paper mainly focuses on various types of digital marketing techniques and their impact on the sales field. Research data has been collected from different firms (over around 5o firms) and analyzed with the help of various tools and techniques.
