Management Education- Road map to Hedonic and Eudaimonic well being using Ryff’s six factor model and PANAS Index

Abstract

This article reviews research about contemporary view of   Management education and its  unequivocal dimension about hedonic and Eudaimonia well being  Concepts through a blended technique approach combined both subjective and quantitative analyses.The main focus of the study was to look at definitions and encounters of social wellbeing  of the using closed ended questions (Likert 5 point scale used). Among the various components of SWB associated with eudaimonia approach, We have taken Carlos Ryff’s six factor model of wellbeing for analyzing  Eudaimonia SWB concepts and PANAS index was also directed to qualitatively evaluate the hedonic dimension of happiness.
